Delete Account & Data

We believe you should have full control over your data. If you wish to stop using Infinite Craft AI and want to remove your information from our systems, please follow the instructions below.

How to request account deletion

You can request to delete your account and all associated data through two methods:

Method 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)

• Open the Infinite Craft AI app on your device.
• Go to the Settings menu (Gear icon).
• Tap on Delete Account.
• Confirm your choice. Your account and data will be deleted immediately from our active database.

Method 2: Email Request

If you have already uninstalled the app or cannot access it, you can request deletion by emailing us:

• Send an email to: behrooz@ayad.me
• Subject: Account Deletion Request - Infinite Craft AI
• Please include the email address associated with your account.

Our support team will process your request and permanently delete your data within 7-14 business days.

What data will be deleted?

When you delete your account, the following information is permanently removed from our servers:

• Your Email address and authentication profile.
• All Game Progress (Elements discovered, Recipes unlocked).
• Your XP, Level, and Achievement records.
• Your Currencies (Diamonds, Voting Coins).
• Any Leaderboard entries.

Note: This action is irreversible. Once deleted, your progress cannot be recovered.

Data Retention

We do not keep any of your personal data after the deletion process is complete. However, anonymous game-wide statistics (that do not identify you) may remain part of our aggregated data pools.
